Match the model and tracing conditions

Select a CTB tracing workflow by model, tissue, application site, conjugate and tracing interval. Compare studies matching the intended system and review the reagent documentation.

Define what the images support

Interpret distribution with tissue autofluorescence, background controls and independent localization evidence. Tracing direction and cell identity require support from the experimental system and relevant evidence, not fluorescence or the CTB name alone.

Prepare a tracing experiment

Define the model, administration or application site, target tissue, tracing interval and cell population to identify. Compare published workflows matching these conditions and review the conjugate documentation. Validate dose, tissue processing and interval for the model rather than inferring them from a fluorescence image.
