Ordering Methods
Online Order (Recommended)
Ordering directly through our website is the fastest method. Browse the product catalog, add items to your cart, fill in your shipping and billing details and submit your order. You will receive a confirmation email, and our team will contact you shortly by phone or email to confirm the order and payment.
Email Order
Send the catalog number, product name, pack size, quantity and shipping information toinfo@qihe-bio.com. Our customer service team will confirm your order within one business day.
Phone Order
Call 025-85564667 (9:00–17:30 Mon–Fri), provide the product details to our representative and we will create the order and send a confirmation.
Quotes & Bulk Orders
For bulk orders (≥ 5 units of the same product, or a total order value ≥ $1,000), we offer volume pricing. Please email your inquiry to info@qihe-bio.com with the following information:
- Catalog number (e.g., HQP-0002)
- Required quantity and pack size
- Estimated usage date
- Institution name and billing entity
Note:Quotations are typically valid for 30 days. Preferential terms for large orders and annual framework contracts are available upon negotiation.
Payment Methods
Corporate Bank Transfer (Offline)
After you submit an order, our team will contact you to confirm it and provide our corporate bank account details. Shipment is arranged once payment is received.
Invoices & Documentation
Qihe Biotech issues official VAT invoices (general or special) for all orders. Invoices will be included with the shipment or mailed separately.
- Please ensure the invoice title and taxpayer identification number are filled in correctly at checkout
- Special VAT invoices require additional billing details (bank name, account number, address, phone)
- Default invoice item description is "Biological Reagents" or itemized per product list
- Invoices are typically issued within 3–5 business days after request
