pH560 Red TFP Ester, Amine Reactive is a pH-responsive fluorescent dye with excitation/emission maxima at 560/585 nm. It is weakly fluorescent at neutral pH and becomes strongly fluorescent in acidic organelles such as phagosomes and lysosomes. Ideal for phagocytosis, endocytosis, and intracellular trafficking studies.
