Eu-Cryptate DBCO is a Eu(III)-cryptate time-resolved fluorescent labeling reagent with excitation/emission maxima at 298/617 nm, featuring long fluorescence lifetime and a large Stokes shift that eliminates background interference in time-resolved detection. The DBCO group enables copper-free click chemistry with azide-modified molecules — no catalyst required and highly biocompatible.Suitable for TR-FRET assay development, antibody/protein labeling, and high-sensitivity detection.
