Nucleus

Plasma Membrane
Lipophilic dyes intercalate into the lipid bilayer, or lectins/antibodies label membrane proteins.
Lysosome
Weak base dyes become protonated and trapped in acidic lysosomes (pH 4.5–5.0).

ER-Tracker series selectively binds sulfonylurea receptors on the endoplasmic reticulum.
Golgi Apparatus
